Comment posted to site, July 22, 2010. Newly constructed for the US this year, as we have been doing many years for Australia. Whilst sentiment turned down in the US over the past several years, with interest rates at record lows, inflation at lows, but rising unemployment, hard to gauge what this might mean at present, if anything.
