Records broken this month indicate a continuing strong market in Australian art sales.
Sotheby’s Sydney auction on Monday 7th May set a new Australian record of 15.9m Christie’s auction of US millionaire Harold Mertz’s Australian Art collection in 2000. Records were broken for 11 artists, with many works selling well a
